Course Description:
A robust product stewardship program can avoid products liability and toxics litigation and provide a defense should such litigation arise. Conversely, the failure to implement such a program can provide evidence of a company’s negligence and even provide a basis for punitive damages. This webinar will provide a general overview of the elements of individual and mass tort product liability claims and explore some of the key issues at the intersection of product stewardship and product liability, including liability life cycle analysis and design, manufacturing, and warning defects.
