Course Description:
In this session, the speaker will provide strategies for cost-effectively structuring a global product stewardship team. In the modern globalized business community, product stewardship teams must be agile enough to stay on top of their routine day-to-day activities while also managing the ever-increasing demands required by corporate growth initiatives and new or changing regulations. This session aims to help participants create product stewardship teams capable of tackling their many responsibilities and obligations.
