Course Description:
This session will provide practical, actionable guidance for safety data sheet (SDS) authors and hazard communication professionals on complying with the Toxic Substances Control Act's requirements concerning SDS, product labels, and downstream user notifications. In pursuit of this goal, this session will introduce a checklist to help attendees determine what information is required under TSCA to be included on SDS and product labels.
