Resolving Environmental Compliance Issues Using the Design Thinking Process (PSX 2023 On Demand)
Description: In this interactive education session, participants will be immersed in the world of design thinking through the combination of a presentation and group activities. First, the participants will learn about the design thinking process and how to apply it to environmental compliance issues through the example of a real-life environmental compliance issue. Then, participants will split into groups to solve a different environmental compliance issue by applying the five steps of the design thinking process. Participants will learn how to apply the steps of the design thinking process to all aspects of product stewardship.
