    • Calvin Emanuel

      Calvin Emanuel is currently Vice President and General Manager Net Zero Solutions, at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company. Ecolab is the global leader in water, process treatment, hygiene and infection prevention technologies, and services that protect people and vital resources.

      In this role, Dr. Emanuel leads the global business focused on the delivery of solutions to help our customers achieve their Net Zero Goals, and align with the company’s sustainability efforts. Previously, Dr. Emanuel had numerous roles in commercial management, sales, research and development, and manufacturing at Shell Chemical and BASF. His most recent role prior to joining Nalco Water was the Commercial Manager for Higher Olefins, Styrene Monomer, Solvents and Propylene Oxide derivatives businesses for Shell Chemical. 

      Dr. Emanuel currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Chemical Educational Foundation (CEF.) CEF programs help inspire students, educators, and communities to build the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics workforce of the future.Dr. Emanuel graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. He also earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Wayne StateUniversity and an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

    • Valerie Miller

      Valerie has over 15 years of experience in a multitude of regulatory, environmental compliance, and due diligence areas. Valerie has a BS in Biology, also focusing on product compliance and air permitting as well as chemical management. She is a certified ISO 9001 and 14001 auditor. She has used her regulatory compliance experience and organizational skills to manage product compliance requirements. This includes assessing requests and regulations, working with suppliers to gather data, and finally, writing appropriate responses to customers. Mary’s attention to detail and management capabilities helps her excel at responding to customer compliance requests in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Senthil Pichandi

      Senthil is the Global Head of Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs for Henkel's adhesive business unit with over 25+ years of experience in product development, open innovation, regulatory affairs, sustainability, chemical compliance, food safety etc., within the industrial and consumer markets.

    • Mary Place

      Mary has over 15 years of experience in a multitude of regulatory, environmental compliance, and due diligence areas. Mary holds a BS in Environmental Science with a special focus on product compliance, air permitting, and environmental site assessments. She is a certified AAI Qualified Environmental Professional and licensed asbestos inspector. She has used her regulatory compliance experience and organizational skills to manage product compliance requirements. This includes assessing requests and regulations, working with suppliers to gather data, and finally, writing appropriate responses to customers. Mary’s attention to detail and management capabilities helps her excel at responding to customer compliance requests in a timely and accurate manner.
